Schema Structure
Select a schema in the primary sidebar and switch to the Structure view to work with it as a whole rather than one table at a time. The bar across the top switches between its subviews, which depend on the server.
In MySQL, "schema" and "database" mean the same thing.
Subviews #
| Subview | Server | Use it to |
|---|---|---|
| Relationships | All | See how the tables connect through foreign keys, as a graph. |
| Info | MySQL, PostgreSQL | See the CREATE statement, object counts, and disk usage, and change the schema's defaults or comment. |
| Index Usage | MySQL | Find unused indexes and full-scanned tables in this schema. The same view as the server-wide Index Usage, limited to one schema. |
| Diagnostics | MySQL, PostgreSQL | Scan for design and maintenance problems, such as missing primary keys, duplicate indexes, or sequences near their limit. |
| Types | PostgreSQL | Create and edit enum, composite, range, and domain types. |
| Sequences | PostgreSQL | Manage every sequence in the schema, including ones not tied to a column. |
